Since you decided to use and follow the home gym exercise program, it is first important to know what you are capable of doing in the form of exercise. Most people think because they want to lose weight or just tighten up some muscles or tone up as they call it, they will be able to do all the routines on the home gym exercise program. This is so far from the truth. If you are way overweight you would have to start with baby steps so to speak. Your body will not be able to handle vigorous routines on the home gym exercise program yet until your muscles are used to being used regularly or until you have lost some weight to get some flab out of the way.Stretching and Warming up RoutinesStretching and warming up routines are the most important with any home gym exercise program. Without doing these simple daily routines you can injure yourself severely by just trying to start with more strenuous or vigorous routines. This daily ritual will be mentioned first on your home gym exercise guide.Never underestimate what you body can do, but also never overestimate what you think you are capable of doing when it comes to starting a home gym exercise program. If you do feel that you need to take a quick rest from a routine, do so, but do not stop with completing the routine. It doesn't matter how much your body may ache by the next day, if you don't feel the pain immediately there should be no reason not to continue with any of the routines on your home gym exercise guide. It is natural to feel your muscles pulling and feel like they are so tight suddenly the next day, but once again, no matter how much pain you are in, continue, even if it is a lot slower this time. You are building up endurance at this point.
Don't Give up Over a Bit of PainDon't give up hope just over a bit of pain; you will soon start feeling the effects of what you initially started the exercise regime for. And when the pain subsides you will once again feel more encouraged to take your exercise routine to the next level.Even if you are overweight, you could be firming up fat into muscles, and if your intention is to lose kilos you will find this is hard to believe as muscles weigh more than fat. But with following a good weight loss diet program too your goals are more achievable.

Reasons Why You Should Start Exercising And Stay Healthy
It is not healthy to over eat and to not participate in any exercise at all. It is bad for your cardiovascular system and can cause serious health conditions when you get older. Many people are becoming obese due to the lack of exercise and bad eating habits.
It doesn’t take much to change your bad habits and you can start by taking small steps to healthier lifestyle. Many people make the mistake of going from one extreme to another when following a diet plan or an exercise routine. After the first week of starving themselves and over exercising, they give the whole plan up as a bad idea. These people then go back to their bad habits and give up trying to stay healthy. Does this sound familiar? If you are overweight or obese you may be too embarrassed to go to the local gym or fitness center. You shouldn’t let this fear stop you from exercising as there are many alternatives to going to the local gym. The main thing to remember is that any additional exercise to what you are doing at the moment is going to be beneficial to you losing weight. If you don’t exercise at all, start by walking for 30 minutes each day. This could be in the morning on your way to work, or it could even be during your lunch hour at work. You may even enjoy these walks as they can help towards reducing stress as well. Try to create more than one route so that you can alternate each day, this will help to make your walk less boring. On days where the weather is bad you could walk up and down the stairs at work. If you work in a building that has multiple floors you could walk up to the top and down again for about 15 minutes.

A Worry Cure To Gain Confidence By Understanding Reality
There are a fair few courses around on self help. One I have become aware of covers confidence, self esteem and shyness with the angle of how to overcome worrying what people think of you.
Does any one really worry what others think of us? Maybe yes, on very specific occasions, a job interview, impressing the boss for a pay rise or a first date, but not on a continual basis. Perhaps we were more susceptible to this feeling when younger, but today, no, I think we are all fairly confident. Or are we really? Maybe we think we are, at least on the surface, but, do we have deeper down feelings along these lines that go unnoticed? If so they can prevent us from taking advantage of opportunity. The gentleman who has put this course together seems a highly confident person but admits to these issues in his past. We know ourselves how we felt in the past, but, have we overcome this worry or is there that residue still lurking within us?Perhaps an awareness of these teachings can help us. The argument of these teachings puts our worry, not only of what others think of us but worries of life also, down to the fact that we do not see reality or that we misinterpret reality. What?Of course reality is what we see, is it not? What we see is real, maybe even under the influence of intoxicating substances. We all see the same thing, do we not? How can we survive if this is not the case? What a mixed up bunch we must be if we see different things.Well, we do not always see the correct version of reality, the actual what is, is. Our sensory inputs are taken and interpreted into our own version of reality, a version we believe to be real. This version may be the same as other people hold, or very different depending on our individual circumstance and perception at the time. Our minds can be fooled, overtly and covertly. Some examples. For those with analog watches have you noticed that if you look after a long period the second hand stays still for a couple of seconds or so? It must have stopped working. In that mind frame even the length of time is undeterminable for certain. But then it starts ticking along nicely. The watch was working. I was not, I had been optically deluded.Has anyone seen this? The other night I walked out onto the balcony and instantly saw a cloud of about 2 degrees of arc, a hand span, disappear over roof tops at jet stream velocity. All other clouds of the same type and altitude were scudding along gracefully and slowly. Last night, and I am sure clouds have got it in for me, one cloud was receding fast to the north while all others scudded west. There had been no intoxicating substances, honest. Again, optically deluded, or it’s a Vietnam thing.I know this is not normal natural cloud behaviour but an instant affect on the mind through changing environment, inside to outside. It is explainable by time of evening, refraction of light and varying colour tones of buildings giving a first sight apparent increase in cloud size. These are obvious illusions, false realities. My mind in its frame at the time was fooled, but I knew it.This next is a less obvious reality issue. Let us take an ashtray, only for its versatility for this example. If it is on a table full of ash and I ask you what it is, you most likely will respond ashtray. In reality it is a moulded piece of material, whether glass, ceramic or hard plastic that is being used as an ashtray. Present it to someone else, clean and in a different environment, and their version of the object may be soap dish, saucer or a receptacle for coins until they have a fiver in their particular denomination. For many things it is a misconception to state them as a definite use when in fact it is a certain object of varying use. So the way we see or believe is a similar misconception of our circumstance and environment with the mind feeding us from a habit of belief of common concepts. In a sense we think and believe over or around things rather than of them directly. For the last reality check, how many times have you heard that it is impossible to………? Most probably it is just very hard. Is it really impossible for you to have a pay rise? It is not, although to keep to budget someone may have to have a pay drop. In reality little is impossible. For fun I will later give you a website of impossibilities. Can you add or argue against? Now I have had my episodes of enlightenment I am prepared to advocate the principles and philosophy of the worry and reality concept. Realising reality will help in many life areas. For each circumstance that seems bad for you try to look at and analyse your first reaction to your sensory inputs objectively. The actual reality of what is going on could well be different from your first perception. It will take practice. Perhaps the concept is simple but how often do we overlook simplicity, because of the over and around rather than of type of thinking? The concept puts forward a common sense that maybe is not so common after all.

The very first of my staying positive advice is to get in the habit of asking yourself the right questions. What exactly am I talking about? In retrospect, our mentality is for the most part controlled by the questions we ask ourselves on a regular basis. Sounds ridiculous? Pay attention to your thoughts and emotions for an hour or so. A whole lot of people today commonly make the same mistake of asking themselves the wrong questions. Things like “Why does this always happen to me?” or “How come life has to be so hard?” These questions are based on the assumption that bad situations alway happens to you and that life is tough. Beliefs like these will only reaffirm this to you and becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. In lieu, try asking questions that would be more beneficial to you. Maybe things like “How did I get to be so fortunate?” or “What can I be excited about today?” These reinforce even more positive beliefs into your mind and enable you stay positive. It might be challenging at first to shift your thought process (since you've been thinking and asking yourself the same style of questions for awhile), but is the results are worth it.Another positive thinking tip is to keep track of all the things you are thankful for in a gratitude journal. This could be as simple and easy as keeping a little journal by your bed and writing down everything you are thankful for that occurred to you that day. Just jot down a page or a certain number of things that you are grateful for in your life. What you write down can be as simple as "I'm thankful I woke up this morning" or "I'm thankful it was a sunny and beautiful day". I remember once I wrote down “I am grateful I caught the bus to work just in time today” and then the next day I wrote “I am grateful I missed the bus because it gave me time to read the newspaper in a cafe while I waited for the next bus.” If you do this enough you will start to realize that there is an upside to everything in life and you can start to grasp a positive mental attitude. My last positive thinking tip is to write down what you want your life to be like. Write it out in pain-staking detail. In my experience with this, I wrote as much as ten pages worth of information on how I want my life to be. I described where I wanted to live, how much money I wanted to make, what I wanted to do for work, and all the wonderful places I would journey to. Doing this may take some time, but it will make you feel so great and so determined to make your dreams come true, that I firmly suggest you find the time to give it a shot.Follow my advice and soon you start to see life in a different perspective. And relying on that foundation of positive thinking, you can easily work miracles in your life and accomplish things that you never thought were possible.

Life Is Good, Really
This certainly is not the 1950’s. If you ever want to watch a feel good movie, watch something about the 1950’s. You can also watch something that was filmed in the 1980’s. With our country at war, and the national debt at unprecedented levels that our children will be paying for, we can probably conclude that these are not the best of times. Some may say that the best times were before the computer was a household commodity. Everyone has a cell phone nowadays. We are all in touch and up to date on the latest happenings, but are we happier? Remember when the highlight of Sunday was watching Abbott and Costello? We could also look forward to watching The Bowery Boys or Tarzan. There were a limited number of television stations to watch, but you could usually find something entertaining to watch. From I Love Lucy to Gomer Pyle, there were many funny, wholesome programs to watch.
• And whatever happened to comedy teams? The Three Stooges were hilarious, Abbott and Costello were always and always will be a delight to watch. The Marx Brothers had a zany comedic style all their own. Laurel and hardy will still make you laugh out loud. Martin and Lewis were always a class act, and funny. I can go on and on. Ralph Cramden and Ed Norton, Archie and the Meathead, Gomer Pyle and Sergeant Carter, Lucy and Ethel, Wilbur and Mr. Ed, George Burns and Gracie Allen, Bob Hope and Bing Crosby, to name a few. • If you are ever feeling down, just watch some of these old classics. It will show how you can laugh and feel good about something when times were not as complicated as today. Let’s bring back The Little Rascals. Watch them today, and it will bring back wonderful memories. Way back when there was no iPod, or computer, or wii game, we had great, great entertainment. We could also be content with just sitting on the porch talking, or maybe reading a good book. A walk through the neighborhood could be a refreshing way to spend the day. • Remember the variety shows? Sonny and Cher were wonderful together. Tony Orlando and Dawn certainly knew how to entertain us. Laugh-in was a must see show each week. The Carol Burnett Show became a classic. Flip Wilson was a riot. By the way, were you a Hee Haw fan? These are just a few, of course. Maybe after seeing all of this talent for so many years, the powers that be felt that all of the talent was exhausted and decided to produce reality shows. The best times may still lie ahead for us, but there have been so many joyful times that we have had the privilege of experiencing. All of the wonderful people, who have brought joy and laughter into our lives, have started like us; yet there was some talent inside yearning to be exposed to the world. Every one of us has something special to offer this world, and by bringing something of value to the world, we in turn will benefit. Realize what your special talent or ambition is. It may be to spend time in a hospital with someone, or to make the best chocolate cookies since Famous Amos. We can all make a difference. Life is good, really.

Is Passive Aggressive Behavior Good?
This is my two verdicts: The first one is that I will get recognized by the management and administration. The second verdict is that I may end up being hated by my fellow workmates thus lacking team work. Individuals with the passive aggressive behavior exhibit aggression and hostility using passive means. Their goal is to rebel against social and job demands, usually using the popular excuse of "they forgot" while all along having a negative attitude about the reason they happened to be late. Being critical of anyone in authority and refusing to do their work duties to the best of their abilities or just not doing the work in the first place are all usual behaviors for people with passive aggressive behavior. The individual in this scenario is not aware that his personality is self defeating because he has always had this personality. He normally thinks other people's demands on him are unreasonable, however, he also thinks that he does his job better than the credit he gets for it.Passive aggressive behavior can be exhibited in different degrees and some common signs exist for this personality disorder. The most notable symptoms happen repetitiously and are such things as: blaming others, ambiguity, forgetfulness, chronic dilatory nature, making excuses, complaining, procrastination, lying, sarcasm, resentment, being incapable of expressing hostility or anger openly, and stubbornness. These symptoms are the most common behaviors, and not all of these have to be exhibited, other traits could also be present, like have a fear of being intimate or trying to avoid responsibilities. These passive aggressive behavior morph over a period of time and depend on how stable home life is or how strong the family relationships are.According to a certain child psychologist doctor, babies are born having self preservation instincts which may appear as aggressive behaviors. They may angrily cry when they get uncomfortable or hungry. There is hope that they know how to handle these feelings as they get older and more mature. If they don’t learn how to handle these feelings constructively, then passive aggressive behaviors will be experienced in their lives.Treatment for this type of disorder will be tricky due to the patient being apprehensive about following the recommendations; they could also be passive resistant too. People suffering from passive-aggressive disorder do not always understand how their behavior affects other people. When someone mentions it to them, they get bewildered and can't understand why such a negative responses are happening. The purpose of personal therapy is to make the patient comprehend that these unconscious negative feelings are being projected passively on the people around them. The amount of success derived from these therapies varies from person to person due to the particular treatment's effectiveness.
Positive Attitude - Is It The Hardest Job In The World?
What do you think is the hardest job in the world? Is it being a surgeon... lawyer... priest... professor... musician... writer... policeman...? Personally, I think that the hardest job in the world is forming the habit of thinking about the particular kind of reality that we wish to experience. By that I do not mean just the moments when we are feeling all right and we think everything is great. Rather, I am referring to thinking about it during the entire day regardless of what is happening around us.But, why is it so hard to think constantly about what we want to experience? If there is something that we love and desire for, would it not make sense if it were the one and only focus of our thoughts?Thinking about what we love and want in our lives can often be very hard precisely because we have not been taught to think that way. Indeed, not many people have had a chance to be taught from their early childhood that the way we think and look at the world is the crucial factor in creating the things which we experience in our lives. From our earliest days we learn to listen hearing people complaining about life's circumstances and blaming "others" for the problems they have. Without questioning, we are beginning to accept the patterns of thinking handed down to us by our parents, teachers, politicians, priests, and others, and accepted them as our own. Such adopted ways of thinking have brought us into the reality that we are experiencing, and our experience of such reality has only strengthened our beliefs which created the reality in the first place. We have all heard people say, "Have I not told you so... listen to me, I know better."We have been taught to see things that have happened in our life as "givens" which cannot be changed, and that the best way to deal with it is to figure out how to blend into this given reality.Be as it may, be aware that what we call "our reality" is not something that is happening independent of us, but our reality is a direct consequence of the thoughts we have been engaging in the most.If you wish to alter the reality you live in right now, you must change your way of thinking, and as a consequence of the change in your thought pattern you will experience a new reality which will be in harmony with your new way of thinking. However, thinking about what we want is not hard for the reason that it is objectively hard; instead, it is hard because we have developed a long-term habit of thinking and talking about the things we do not wish to have in our lives. How do we change this habit? We can change this habit by practicing every day how to focus our attention to that which we wish to create in our lives, no matter what the issue is. In the same way that we form our muscles by lifting weights, we can also create a new reality by focusing our attention on new thought patterns. The more you exercise, the easier and more fun it gets. The principle is the same: we are just dealing with a different kind of creating.Of course, it is clear that this is no easy task, but does that matter when your life is in question? The more you speak and think about what you wish to create and subsequently experience, the easier it will be for you to think even more about what you wish, and to take practical steps toward achieving your goals. So do your mental "workouts" daily in the sense that you need to create a gradual and conscious habit of thinking and speaking only of those things that make you happy. All other thoughts are simply to be rejected. They are not for you.

Cute Love Poems
A special world for you and me
A special bond one cannot see
It wraps us up in its cocoon
And holds us fiercely in its womb.....
My love, I have tried with all my being
to grasp a form comparable to thine own,
but nothing seems worthy;
I know now why Shakespeare could not
compare his love to a summer’s day.
It would be a crime to denounce the beauty
of such a creature as thee,
to simply cast away the precision
God had placed in forging you.....
If I could have just one wish,
I would wish to wake up everyday
to the sound of your breath on my neck,
the warmth of your lips on my cheek,
the touch of your fingers on my skin,
and the feel of your heart beating with mine...
Knowing that I could never find that feeling
with anyone other than you......
I love the way you look at me,
Your eyes so bright and blue.
I love the way you kiss me,
Your lips so soft and smooth.
I love the way you make me so happy,
And the ways you show you care.
I love the way you say, "I Love You,"
And the way you're always there......
A stranger you were once.
Then, with a gentle look you took my hand.
As our lives engaged,
you lit my life and I held both your hands.
Now that decades have passed,
ours souls have indeed become one.
How fortunate we are
that we have found the love so true
that everyone dreams about....
A special bond one cannot see
It wraps us up in its cocoon
And holds us fiercely in its womb.....
My love, I have tried with all my being
to grasp a form comparable to thine own,
but nothing seems worthy;
I know now why Shakespeare could not
compare his love to a summer’s day.
It would be a crime to denounce the beauty

Bipolar Poetry From The Mind Of A Manic-depressive Person
Watched the colored clouds preening
Intersection of those pupils
Caresses the cornea to post visions
I long to tell you a trillion things
They're said through our connected eye strings
My soul no longer tumbles
There's a focal point to dance around
No longer the two are forced to tumble
I saw you that day
The desolate find an early release
Reconciliation from the world of the living
To have the pain cut short
Without feeling the pleasure, awaiting
A certainty that already is
Brought from the recesses of mind
A cold, dark warmth
God is an idea
Comes mistake form, missing meaning
Euphoria of love, drugs, sex, art
The oneness of us all
Part even for the small
We are sacred, luminous beings
Caged and freed in animal bodies
The day that was night
Any day in any way
A familiar touch
I thought let me down to stray
Cracked through the eggshell
Depression order of a general clay
Melts away our meat-walls
Seeing us, at once
Madness
Conceiving so much
Constructing so little
Minute maps
That aren't drawn in time
Never to be explored
Jump into the black pit
You'll never come out the same
Then behold the Light of her Name
Sheeted waves of warm, red stature
Passing through an infinite spiral tube
Orgasms and death soothe the creature
The moment caught
We mingled that day, seeing
Great towers of steel forcefully gestated
Lure onlookers abroad
Tall owed by a wanting of intensity
Masses peer into the visions of pixels
Varying degrees of ballistics envelope the rider
An awkward palate of physics
In this manner, senses are becoming
Manifest embroideries
Birth of this splendor
Behold a venture of death
Imprints itself on the subconscious
Precursor to rippling flesh
A sacred, assuring thought
I take dreams off a boundless board
Images of color give to me
An explosive reward
Shall I expose myself?
Let others see my living innards
Sliced from toe to gullet
A horrific, bloody engine
Supplements and traps within
Disgusting other with bluntness
Heart giving, taking life fluid
A shrunken liver
Ridiculed for excessive energy
Dissipated unto others
Stomach eager to digest
Send awareness to my mind
Fluctuate fills to indulge
Seeds sown in an unsure breath
Keep the machine running
Scripted pain splashed on ground wood
Put on a mental meal plate
So many stuffing contents down
Indifferent, lifeless numbers and letters
I cannot ingest this factual dogma
My sustenance bile's forth, ingesting ways
And this is meant to help me
Cleanse me of wrong doings
People will never know
Never the experience of others
Dramatic, random worlds
Born into, but pliable
Connection is fathomed
Portrayed as a smile
Or a grimace
Pulled Decision found to be
Neutral, swaying
Seconds spontaneously
Tossing thoughts, actions
Every choice runs
Through space, time passions
Conjured deception
Shadows from the dark
Conceived in hate
Mistaken for power
Phantoms of energy
Caress the wounds of old
They stretch out to kill the mockingbird
Cut the wings to bloodied hate
See strings ripped asunder
Drops of violence
Death by numbers
Millions, billions
One to part from the world
Far flung dreams are captured
Day to day, every second
Long to splash in the pool
Is a ripple the only consequence?
Faces, souls, actions, cast
Into an anecdotal pool of remembrance
Pain, death, joy, orgasm
Meld into every facet
Fear is forgotten
Toss aside casual greeting
Delve into an episode without footing
Your arm is longer then eyes can see
No slowing down to see the skins sheeting
Puncture wounds, torn apart
Upsetting the gaze, no sparks to deem
We burn a light our own
The length those eyes can see
Let go
We can fly
Don't die
In remorseful tears
Toss energy to and fro
Expending while expanding
Let go
Which is the greater tragedy?
To be born with gift and suffer
The consequences of madness
Or to be born gift less
Never to know the madness
A feeling appeared
I know it's there
Felt it, knew it
Circles of consciousness
Symmetric bonds of gravity
Glimpses of hope
Cut into your heart
Deeper than thought
Left alone to see this place
Nothing here but empty disgrace
Cuts up your heart
Cuts up your heart
Cuts of your heart?
Moments of blood is what he is fed
Moments of red is what she'll dread
Lists of lives draw together
Plotted on empty boards
Pain brings out life
A sharp spike of emotion
Contrast to the light wings
The flesh does what pleases
Leaves absent matter reeling
Spilled between the partitions
Life's one continual experience
States of inebriation, clarity
Longed for that which
Is already there
Cast into spectrum's
To find god in music
The bass, angels
The treble, prayers
Lyrical prose
The divine saviors
End it all of a sudden
Or leave random events
Lost in time
Unnoticed, forgotten
The difference, negligible
One ant among billion
Of an ancient god
Defiant among many
Curiosity is painful
Let go of this bar
Cold lies, sheathed in dogma
Greased in the fear of disrespect
Struggled to grapple on
You'll slip down, down
Swallowed a curse I love
I want to tell you everything
These minute thoughts
Last lifetimes in my mind
More precious then diamonds
Lost in the dusts of coal
These glimpses of my form
Could open a mountain of gods between us
This pain
Wanting to live
Each second, each lifetime
Perfectly, I want a new story
Where the villain lives
True justice
Of an uncertain world
Direction, sustain:an illusion
Lives are but a series of movements
Unplanned for thoughts,feelings
Embrace the prehistoric call
Rejecting society
Previously designed coordinated tenures
That's just some of the things that randomly pop into my head everyday. When people read them, often I see them wincing or looking extremely confused. Sometimes when I look into the eyes of a bipolar person, I see the reflection of my own madness.

We are sacred, luminous beings
Caged and freed in animal bodies
The day that was night
Any day in any way
A familiar touch
I thought let me down to stray
Cracked through the eggshell
Depression order of a general clay
Melts away our meat-walls
Seeing us, at once
Madness
Conceiving so much
Constructing so little
Minute maps
That aren't drawn in time
Never to be explored
Jump into the black pit
You'll never come out the same
Then behold the Light of her Name
Sheeted waves of warm, red stature
Passing through an infinite spiral tube
Orgasms and death soothe the creature
The moment caught
We mingled that day, seeing
Great towers of steel forcefully gestated
Lure onlookers abroad
Tall owed by a wanting of intensity
Masses peer into the visions of pixels
Varying degrees of ballistics envelope the rider
An awkward palate of physics
In this manner, senses are becoming
Manifest embroideries
Birth of this splendor
Behold a venture of death
Imprints itself on the subconscious
Precursor to rippling flesh
A sacred, assuring thought
I take dreams off a boundless board
Images of color give to me
An explosive reward
Shall I expose myself?
Let others see my living innards
Sliced from toe to gullet
A horrific, bloody engine
Supplements and traps within
Disgusting other with bluntness
Heart giving, taking life fluid
A shrunken liver
Ridiculed for excessive energy
Dissipated unto others
Stomach eager to digest
Send awareness to my mind
Fluctuate fills to indulge
Seeds sown in an unsure breath
Keep the machine running
Scripted pain splashed on ground wood
Put on a mental meal plate
So many stuffing contents down
Indifferent, lifeless numbers and letters
I cannot ingest this factual dogma
My sustenance bile's forth, ingesting ways
And this is meant to help me
Cleanse me of wrong doings
People will never know
Never the experience of others
Dramatic, random worlds
Born into, but pliable
Connection is fathomed
Portrayed as a smile
Or a grimace
Pulled Decision found to be
Neutral, swaying
Seconds spontaneously
Tossing thoughts, actions
Every choice runs
Through space, time passions
Conjured deception
Shadows from the dark
Conceived in hate
Mistaken for power
Phantoms of energy
Caress the wounds of old
They stretch out to kill the mockingbird
Cut the wings to bloodied hate
See strings ripped asunder
Drops of violence
Death by numbers
Millions, billions
One to part from the world
Far flung dreams are captured
Day to day, every second
Long to splash in the pool
Is a ripple the only consequence?
Faces, souls, actions, cast
Into an anecdotal pool of remembrance
Pain, death, joy, orgasm
Meld into every facet
Fear is forgotten
Toss aside casual greeting
Delve into an episode without footing
Your arm is longer then eyes can see
No slowing down to see the skins sheeting
Puncture wounds, torn apart
Upsetting the gaze, no sparks to deem
We burn a light our own
The length those eyes can see
Let go
We can fly
Don't die
In remorseful tears
Toss energy to and fro
Expending while expanding
Let go
Which is the greater tragedy?
To be born with gift and suffer
The consequences of madness
Or to be born gift less
Never to know the madness
A feeling appeared
I know it's there
Felt it, knew it
Circles of consciousness
Symmetric bonds of gravity
Glimpses of hope
Cut into your heart
Deeper than thought
Left alone to see this place
Nothing here but empty disgrace
Cuts up your heart
Cuts up your heart
Cuts of your heart?
Moments of blood is what he is fed
Moments of red is what she'll dread
Lists of lives draw together
Plotted on empty boards
Pain brings out life
A sharp spike of emotion
Contrast to the light wings
The flesh does what pleases
Leaves absent matter reeling
Spilled between the partitions
Life's one continual experience
States of inebriation, clarity
Longed for that which
Is already there
Cast into spectrum's
To find god in music
The bass, angels
The treble, prayers
Lyrical prose
The divine saviors
End it all of a sudden
Or leave random events
Lost in time
Unnoticed, forgotten
The difference, negligible
One ant among billion
Of an ancient god
Defiant among many
Curiosity is painful
Let go of this bar
Cold lies, sheathed in dogma
Greased in the fear of disrespect
Struggled to grapple on
You'll slip down, down
Swallowed a curse I love
I want to tell you everything
These minute thoughts
Last lifetimes in my mind
More precious then diamonds
Lost in the dusts of coal
These glimpses of my form
Could open a mountain of gods between us
This pain
Wanting to live
Each second, each lifetime
Perfectly, I want a new story
Where the villain lives
True justice
Of an uncertain world
Direction, sustain:an illusion
Lives are but a series of movements
Unplanned for thoughts,feelings
Embrace the prehistoric call
Rejecting society
Previously designed coordinated tenures
That's just some of the things that randomly pop into my head everyday. When people read them, often I see them wincing or looking extremely confused. Sometimes when I look into the eyes of a bipolar person, I see the reflection of my own madness.

Celebrity News – Celebrities In The Magazines
OK, we’ll put you out of your not inconsiderable misery. Perhaps it’s little surprise to find out that Katie Price has been cracking the whip in the direction of hubby Alex Reid. Alex was booked to do a photo shoot for a top-flight gay mag – to further his career, y’unnerstan – but when Katie found out he wasn’t being paid for his time she wasn’t having a bar of it. La Price stormed round and dragged a cowed Alex home after a mere two shots had been snapped. Bad boy! Now go fetch the money.
he self-abuser is of course Col… no, not really, it’s Kerry Katona, who’s “finally” (because, like, we’ve all been on tenterhooks) spilled the beans on the sordid reality of her life for the last couple of years. “I'd take so much coke I'd have a fit,” she told the News of the World. “Then I'd come round and do another line, trying to shock him into showing he cared." The “him”, as we know, is hubby Mark Croft, whom Kezza turfed out a few weeks ago. Well rid, says we.
Which leaves ever-fragrant Coleen Rooney, who showed up at Aintree sans hubby Wayne for the Grand National at the weekend, dressed in something that looked like nothing more like a giant placenta. She topped off the, ahem, maternity-wear with a gigantic pair of gold earrings, perhaps to distract the eye away from that pooch’s soup of a dress. Take a leaf out of fellow Aintree attendee (and wife of Steven Gerrard) Alex Curran’s book, Col – she looked grand, if a little Star Trek with those crazy shoulder pads…

Tips For Flower Photography
The main tip that you need to know is the focus, where and what you are going to focus on. Is your focus would be on the flower, petals, stamen. This you need to sort out before you start up taking the photos. After knowing your subject to be focused, now you can determine how to get your subject, how to focus. If you are going to use the autofocus camera, then set your camera at the spot focus. While using the option of spot focus you will get sharp closer image. Most of the cameras have the setting of taking close up photographs. Here the camera is optimizing shutter speed and the aperture to achieve a good close up. Set the flower away from the background, so that it would not blend it in the background.
To achieve the sharper image your camera must be very still, you do not know as any movement would mortify a sharpness of your image. So the best thing to use here is the tripod. A tripod would simply reduce any movement of the camera. So this would solve the movement of your camera, now we need to think about the subject or the flower movement.
The movement of your subject is very difficult to control than the movement of your camera. The only solution you have here is to have some patience. You can wait till the time wind gets stopped. Or you can use the object which can help you to block the movement around the subject, for example you can use cardboard piece. So you can choose the contrasting color which can also help you to give a nice background to your picture. Do not use distracting color and see the difference.
The other important tip which you need to know is the light. Natural light can be the best option. But this can also cause hard shadows, so the best light would be on overcast day, as the light would be uniformed and there would not be any reflections. So if you will use the auto focus that would give you a good photo. Also if you are not lucky enough to get the light, than on the sunny day you can have few tips. For example if the flower is located in the direct sunlight, than obviously you cannot wait till evening. So just provide shade to flower by someone holding a scarf.
